LEOMINSTER COMMUNITY GARDEN RISES FROM THE ASHES
ECHO participants and local residents were devastated last August, when vandals set fire to their shed at the Vicarage Street Community Garden. But, just 4 months later, thanks to local goodwill and support, they are celebrating the opening of their new shed.
The new shed was built by Terry Tandler, Rob Lawley, Jim Rann with materials kindly supplied by Thomas Profiles and Travis Perkins.
The Community Garden was given to ECHO to develop as a place where neighbours can work together in partnership to grow flowers and vegetables.

At our craft and gift shop on West Street in Leominster, we have a fantastic range of hand made cards, beautiful woven and patchwork crafts. We also have a large stock of donated fabrics, buttons, cottons, lace and other items of haberdashery. Make 2012 a hand made year. Or buy a unique, fair trade, hand crafted present and help support our work.
The shop is open Monday - Friday 10a.m. - 4.p.m. and Saturday mornings until 1.p.m.
