ECHO is committed to enabling our service users to influence the service they receive and to take an increasing role in the management of our organisation.

Supported advocacy is at the heart
of ECHO’s work, to ensure that promise to be a user led organisation is put into practice through good quality support for involvement in decision making at all levels of our organisation.

We involve our service users in planning, consultation and management of the organisation through our weekly service user advocacy group; through our high support needs advocacy group – Living Your Life; and through service user representation on the Board of Trustees.
